In Mississauga and via secure virtual sessions, we shape therapy around short-term goals and steady skills practice so clients leave each meeting with one clear, usable step. Sessions move at a pragmatic, collaborative pace—brief check-ins, focused skill rehearsal, and mindful grounding—often with simple between-session tasks to reinforce progress.
