Sessions often involve gentle body-awareness practices to release tension, to complete uncompleted fight/flight which were stuck in trauma, and to build resilience. Approach
When pressure and trauma tighten body and mind, my work opens a space where felt-sense, emotions management and dialogue meet to restore regulation and clarity. I offer online sessions in English, Italian or Spanish that move at a practical pace: brief check-ins, gentle body-awareness prompts, and reflective integration. I track moment-to-moment responses, invite small somatic experiments, and translate discoveries into concrete steps for daily life between meetings. This approach fits adults facing chronic stress, physical symptoms, dysfunctional thoughts, behavioural impulses or patterns, transitions or high-stakes goals who want embodied tools alongside strategy.
