Mr liam nicholson

Psychotherapist

Psychoanalytically informed Therapy.

About Me

I offer psychoanalytically informed therapy, inviting you to explore the deeper roots of your experiences. We can gently uncover recurring patterns and make connections between past experiences and present feelings. This approach is well-suited if you seek lasting insight and a clearer understanding of yourself. My aim is to create a thoughtful space where you can make sense of what holds you back, finding new ways forward.

Approach

Work unfolds slowly and attentively, attending to the felt shifts beneath worries and repeated ways of relating. In Dublin and online, in English, sessions mix quieter reflection with occasional focused tasks, and I invite adolescents, adults and families to notice links between memories, relationships and daily mood. Between meetings clients sometimes bring brief notes or reflections we use to track change and try new responses. This gentle, curious pace suits people seeking deeper, lasting understanding rather than quick fixes.
