Mrs Levandri Pillay

Clinical Psychologist

Registered clinical psychologist working with individuals, couples and parents across a broad range of psychological struggles.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for individuals, couples, and parents navigating various psychological struggles. We work collaboratively to understand your unique concerns and explore pathways to greater well-being. Sessions are designed to invite open dialogue, helping you to find clarity and develop practical strategies. My aim is to help clients build resilience and foster healthier relationships. This approach suits those seeking tailored support to address life's challenges effectively.

Approach

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I focus on a collaborative, practical rhythm that helps you make sense of current struggles and try small, manageable changes. In my Randburg practice and online sessions conducted in English, we begin with careful assessment and move into focused conversations that blend problem-solving, emotion-focused exploration and skill-building tailored to your pace. Between sessions I may suggest brief exercises to practise new ways of relating or coping. This way of working suits those seeking clear direction and steady progress.
