In Norwich or online, typically in English but able to hold parts of the work in Sinhala or Tamil, we explore underlying patterns from loss, addiction or past abuse through a psychodynamic lens that gently links feeling, memory and relationship. Sessions move steadily, collaborative and reflective, and suit those seeking thoughtful, value-attuned understanding.
