The thought of starting therapy can be a scaring one. We often wonder about suitability and ask ourselves will the therapist and I get along? I believe that the relationship between a therapist & client is a very vulnerable and sacred relationship, where the two travel together to explore vulnerable parts of the client

About Me

It’s natural to feel apprehensive when considering therapy, wondering if you'll connect with your therapist. I believe our therapeutic relationship is a truly sacred space, where we journey together. This allows you to explore vulnerable parts of yourself with trust and ease. I offer a collaborative, supportive environment for those ready to gently navigate their inner world.

Approach

Starting from that first uneasy step, I offer a steady, curious way of working that feels paced and purposeful — we attend to what matters most while keeping hard feelings containable. Sessions in Cape Town or online, in English, are collaborative: I listen for repeating patterns, gently link present struggles to earlier hurts, and use focused assessment to clarify what keeps you stuck. Between meetings I might invite short reflections to test new ways of relating. This approach often suits adolescents, young adults and couples seeking clearer self-understanding and safer connection.
