Mrs Leanne Lott

Counselor

A compassionate, counsellor and art therapist working with women. Extensive experience with power imbalances, parenting and change.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space for women to navigate life's complexities. Through art therapy, we can gently explore feelings linked to power imbalances, parenting challenges, and significant change. My aim is to help you find your voice and build inner strength. This approach creates a supportive environment where you feel truly heard and can move forward with clarity.

Approach

I invite a slow, practical way of working that helps you notice patterns in relationships, parenting roles and moments of change. In my Saratoga consulting room we meet in English; sessions use simple art materials alongside reflective conversation, paced to your comfort and rhythm. We often alternate making and talking, try small experiments between meetings, and set practical steps you can adapt at home to test new ways of relating. This approach tends to suit women seeking grounded, hands‑on support to rebuild confidence through transition.
