Ms Lauren Di Giovanni

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I specialize in emotional blocks including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, forgiveness, loss, stress management and more.

About Me

I help individuals navigate complex emotional blocks that can feel overwhelming. This often includes anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, or the weight of loss and stress. Together, we can create a space to gently explore these feelings without judgment. This approach is for anyone ready to understand their emotions and find a clearer path forward.

Approach

When worries, low confidence or unresolved anger feel stuck, I slow the pace so sensations can be named, patterns traced, and small experiments planned. I meet people in Vaughan or online in English, keeping sessions steady with short check-ins, focused exploration, and clear steps to try between meetings. I use simple measures when helpful to notice change and tailor what we work on next. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, adults, couples or families ready to try practical shifts with compassionate support.
