About Me

I hold formal training in sexology, couples therapy, and trauma-focused interventions, along with experience in psychoeducation and emotional support. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with individuals navigating relational crises, emotional and romantic grief, intimacy difficulties, emotional blocks, and traumatic experiences. I understand therapy as a non-judgmental space where each person’s pace is respected. My approach combines clinical rigor with human sensitivity, creating a therapeutic environment based on trust, safety, and authenticity. Cuento con formación en sexología, terapia de pareja y abordaje del trauma, así como experiencia en psicoeducación y acompañamiento emocional. A lo largo de mi trayectoria he trabajado con personas que atraviesan crisis relacionales, duelos afectivos, dificultades en la intimidad, bloqueos emocionales y experiencias traumáticas. Mi enfoque combina rigor profesional con sensibilidad humana. Entiendo la terapia como un espacio donde no se juzga, no se etiqueta y no se fuerza ningún ritmo. Cada proceso es único y merece ser acompañado con respeto y cuidado.
