“I am a Certified Transactional Analyst providing confidential, private counselling and relational coaching to the international and expatriate community in Geneva, Switzerland.”

About me

My approach is deeply rooted in six years of intensive postgraduate clinical training at the Metanoia Institute in London, combined with advanced accreditation from the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). For nearly a decade, I have been a member of the Swiss Association for Transactional Analysis (ASAT). I am also accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK and a member of the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) and the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). For more information, I invite you to peruse my website: https://everydaytherapy.ch.

Approach

Using Transactional Analysis, I help clients look beneath the surface of everyday interactions to understand deeper patterns, improve their relationships, and navigate emotional distress. Whether you are going through a life transition, experiencing relationship anxiety or burnout, or dealing with cross-cultural challenges, I offer a structured and thoughtful space for personal growth and change. When working with couples, I draw on both Transactional Analysis and Harville Hendrix’s Imago Relationship Therapy. These approaches offer complementary ways of understanding the patterns that develop between partners, and how our histories, emotional needs, and ways of relating can shape our intimate relationships. Imago Relationship Therapy provides a structured, step-by-step process for developing greater connection and understanding. Couples learn practical ways to communicate with more openness and curiosity, listen to each other more deeply, and move beyond repetitive cycles of conflict. The aim is not simply to eliminate disagreements, but to develop a deeper understanding of one another and create new ways of relating.
