About Me

As a clinical psychologist based in Rosebank, Cape Town, I provide both in-person and online therapy for adults. If you are navigating a difficult season, I offer a warm, respectful, and safe space to help you process, bear, and make sense of your experiences.

Approach

Welcome. Seeking therapy is a significant decision and a courageous first step. Together, through the exploration of memories, dreams and reflections of feelings, and internal conflicts, our therapeutic relationship provides a safe space for you to heal and explore yourself. Over the years, I have found that while people enter therapy for many different reasons, including processing grief and trauma, gaining guidance, or learning tools to manage anxiety and depression, the process ultimately provides deep containment and the tools to live a richer, more soulful life. “The most authentic thing about us is our capacity to create, to overcome, to endure, to transform, to love and to be greater than our suffering.” ― Ben Okri “In the end, we will only be transformed when we can recognise and accept the fact that there is a will within each of us, quite outside the range of conscious control, a will which knows what is right for us, which is repeatedly reporting to us via our bodies, emotions, and dreams, and is incessantly encouraging our healing and wholeness.” ― James Hollis
