Working predominantly with survivors and people wrestling with intimate sexual difficulties, sessions unfold at a gentle, steady pace that honours your timing and consent. From my base in Welshpool I offer English-language therapy both face-to-face and online, so we can shape contact around your life and safety needs. In-session we balance careful listening with practical, body-aware exercises and collaborative boundary work, and I often suggest small, manageable reflections between meetings to consolidate change.
