As a licensed psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Therapist, I support individuals, couples, and families navigating life's complexities. I create a collaborative space where teens and adults can openly explore challenges and strengthen their connections. We work to foster understanding, offering practical strategies to build healthier relationships and communication patterns. My goal is to help you find clarity and move forward with confidence, feeling more equipped for daily life.
Approach
We build practical momentum so teens, parents and couples can make clearer choices day to day, turning confusion into manageable next steps. In La Quinta or through secure online sessions in English, meetings are paced to match your needs—sometimes more reflective, sometimes active—and we bring both measured structure and flexibility. Sessions mix conversation, brief experiments, skills practice and targeted reflections (including play-based moments for adolescents and CBT-informed tools for trauma or anger), with simple between-session tasks to try at home. This way of working often fits those wanting steady, usable change.
