About Me

My journey as a psychologist began with a desire to better understand people and help them find their own path to healing. Over the years, I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults, adapting my approach to meet their unique needs. My experience includes working with children on the autism spectrum and individuals with severe mental illness. I've also had the privilege of designing and facilitating therapeutic art projects that combine creativity and healing. These opportunities have helped me grow both personally and professionally by teaching me the importance of compassion, adaptability, and authentic connection in my work.

Approach

In sessions, I focus on creating a warm, open environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. My style is collaborative and flexible, meaning that we work together to find the approaches that work best for you. Whether it's through reflective conversation or creative methods such as art-based techniques, my goal is to help clients explore their feelings and discover insights that lead to meaningful change. I view therapy as a partnership. I'm here to listen, guide, and encourage, but I also believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you discover the tools and strengths you already have to face challenges with confidence and clarity.
