Lakshmi Priya Sivaraman, MSc

Psychological Counselor

Are you struggling with life's challenges and need someone to talk to? You don't have to face it alone. Invest in your mental well-being and take the first step to navigate life's complexities.

About Me

I am an empathetic psychologist, mental health counselor and also a certified career counsellor. I believe that there is no greater reward than seeing someone rise above the challenges and conquer the set goals. I specialize in a wide range of areas including stress management, grief counseling, relationship issues, addiction, parenting challenges, self-esteem problems, and career guidance.

Approach

You’ll notice I slow the pace when emotions run high, matching the rhythm you bring so we can name what’s most alive for you. Sessions move between curiosity and practical focus: we track patterns, try small experiments in thought or behaviour, and pause to notice what changed before the next meeting. Between sessions I invite brief reflections or exercises that feel doable, not burdensome, so the work carries forward. People looking for steady, collaborative change tend to find this approach helpful.
