As a CBT Psychotherapist, I offer tailored one-to-one therapy for adults. We'll blend CBT expertise with a person-centred approach. This means exploring your unique thoughts and feelings. We'll then develop practical strategies that truly fit your life. I welcome clients in New Delhi for face-to-face sessions or globally via secure video. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood.
Approach
Sessions move at your pace, with focused structure alongside open listening so we can uncover what’s most useful for you. I work both online for clients outside India and in-person in New Delhi, offering sessions in English or Hindi/Urdu that balance practical skill-building with reflective space. Between meetings I introduce simple experiments and brief practices tailored to anxiety, attention or relationship patterns, and we review what worked to refine strategies. This approach suits people who want clear tools grounded in their everyday life.
