Ms Laasya Mangalampalli

Counselor

A counseling psychologist whose approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. She believes that self-exploration happens when approached with authentic curiosity within a space that feels safe and accepting. She draws from modalities inspired by IFS, somatic and nervous system-informed techniques, attachment theory.

About Me

I help clients gently explore their inner world, believing true self-discovery unfolds in a safe, accepting space. My trauma-informed approach invites authentic curiosity, allowing us to understand your experiences with care. We might notice how past events affect your nervous system, building practical ways to find calm. This is for you if you seek a compassionate, grounded space to make sense of your story.

Approach

Curiosity guides our work; I invite gentle exploration of inner parts and bodily sensation so you can name what’s happening. Sessions are held online or in Mumbai, and I offer therapy in English, Hindi/Urdu or Telugu, paced to your comfort. I pay attention to felt sensations, relational patterns and use parts-focused and nervous-system tools to build moment-to-moment regulation and clearer choices between sessions. This approach often helps people managing trauma, shame, relationship shifts or burnout who want practical grounding alongside reflection.
