About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Lisbon, Portugal. My main work experience over the years has been with people who deal with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions, and I provide individual counseling, psychotherapy and online therapy.

Sessions in English or Portuguese, whether in my Lisbon office or online, move at a practical pace—exploring patterns, building coping strategies and reframing relationship or transition difficulties. I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist and I work with adults and adolescents. My approach is in-depth and it aims to support you in finding out more about yourself, changing what isn't working well for you, and strengthening what you have in your favour. All this is done in regards to what you want and where you want to be.
I work in English and Portuguese, mainly in international settings. Sessions can be in person or online.
