About Me
As an experienced child psychotherapist (M.Sc, PMDCP), I offer a compassionate space for young people to explore feelings. I help children make sense of their world through creative expression and play. We also work closely with parents, providing guidance and support to understand their child's needs. My aim is to help families find clearer ways forward, building stronger connections and easing worries together.
Approach
Working predominantly with young people and caregivers, I shape sessions around play, stories and simple assessments to help children express what’s hard to name. From my base in Sheikhupura I offer appointments in Hindi/Urdu and online, keeping a calm, predictable pace so children feel safe to explore between visits. I blend gentle assessment with creative tasks, involve parents in setting goals, and suggest small, practical steps families can try at home. This way of working often helps those facing transitions, autism-related challenges or recovery after adversity.
