Ksenia Platonova

Registered Psychotherapist

As a Jungian analyst, I provide a reflective and confidential space to explore what lies beneath surface symptoms. By working with unconscious material, inner imagery, and life patterns, my aim is to help you uncover the root causes of distress, cultivate resilience, and move toward lasting healing.

About Me

Life often brings us to moments of profound transition — whether moving to a new country, navigating a personal crossroads, or feeling disconnected from who we thought we were. Having lived across different cultures and navigated my own shifts in life, I know how disorienting and solitary these periods can feel. As a therapist, I see these turning points as powerful invitations to understand ourselves on a deeper level. I offer a warm, confidential sanctuary where you can pause and take a breath. Together, we listen closely to what your life and unconscious are trying to tell you, gently working through past wounds and present struggles so you can feel rooted, whole, and at home in your own life again.

Approach

Rooted in Jungian analytical psychology, our work unfolds through attentive dialogue, dream exploration, and symbolic reflection. We attend to what emerges in images, bodily sensations, and relationship dynamics, tracing early patterns to better understand recurring struggles in the present. I offer sessions in Copenhagen and online, in English and Russian, maintaining a steady, confidential pace tailored to your needs. This depth-oriented approach is especially suited for those seeking meaningful, long-term change rather than quick surface fixes.
