About Me

I offer Jungian analytical therapy for those experiencing complex emotional states. Together, we can explore dreams, fantasies, and early childhood experiences to understand what lies beneath your current struggles. My aim is to help you uncover root causes, moving towards lasting recovery beyond just symptom relief. This approach suits individuals seeking a deeper, more comprehensive path to healing.

Approach

Through attentive listening and symbolic exploration, therapy unfolds around material that emerges in imagery, memories and relationships. I offer sessions in Copenhagen and online, in English or Russian, creating a steady, confidential space paced to your needs. We use visual and narrative methods—sometimes art, sometimes dream reflection—to trace patterns rooted in early experience and current relationships, and I encourage gentle reflection between meetings so insights can deepen. This way of working suits people seeking meaningful inner change and clearer relational choices.
