Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

Collaborative, person-centered, evidence-based treatment. Strengths based cognitive behavioral therapy. Dually licensed practitioner.

About Me

I offer a collaborative and person-centred space where we work together to understand your unique needs. My approach uses evidence-based, strengths-based cognitive behavioural therapy to help you build on your inner resources. As a dually licensed practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to support complex mental health and substance use concerns. Together, we can explore effective strategies to move forward, focusing on your inherent strengths.

Approach

I guide sessions toward practical, strengths-focused experiments that test new ways of thinking and behaving. From Lincoln and online, I balance steady pacing with short check-ins, goal-driven exercises, and clear between-session steps tailored to life transitions, relationships, anxiety, or trauma. Sessions blend focused skill practice, gentle exploration of past patterns, and collaborative problem-solving so clients leave with concrete tools they can try between appointments. People navigating life changes, relationship strains, or persistent worry often find this active, steady approach helpful.
