About Me

I am a well-qualified and trained psychologist, as well as an RCI-certified rehabilitation counsellor and special educator. I have over ten years of experience in counselling and special education. I completed my Ph.D. in Psychology at Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi.

Approach

My training and research guide how I structure sessions, keeping a steady pace, setting clear goals, and focusing on practical steps so progress feels real and relevant. Depending on your needs, I may include focused conversations, simple between-session tasks, or creative activities, especially when working with children, parents, and young adults. I also use assessments and gentle, art-based approaches to understand strengths, notice small shifts, and adjust our plan together. This approach often works well for those navigating life transitions, behavioural concerns, or learning-related challenges, especially if you’re looking for something collaborative and hands-on.
