Registered Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I support clients in building resilience, understanding themselves more deeply, and developing ways of coping that feel authentic and sustainable. Whether you’re trying to manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, break long-standing patterns, or reconnect with parts of yourself you’ve set aside, I’ll help you move toward a steadier, more grounded way of being. You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you as you work through what’s difficult and move toward the life you want to live.

About Me

I am a registered psychologist and a Master of Arts in Psychology graduate from UP Diliman with 15 years of experience in mental health practice. I approach clients with a steady, humanistic presence, curious about their experience, respectful of their pace, and attentive to what genuinely supports their well-being. I value creating a space where people feel accompanied, understood, and safe enough to explore both their strengths and their struggles. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with steadiness, clarity, and genuine care, my work may be a good fit for you. I help individuals who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure about the next steps in their lives. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who simply need a space where they don’t have to hold everything together on their own. In our work, I won’t rush you or push you into strategies that don’t feel right. Instead, we’ll make sense of your experiences together, your emotions, your relationships, your internal conflicts, and the stories you’ve learned to live by. I’ll guide the process when needed, but always with respect for your pace and your capacity.

Approach

My work is rooted in a humanistic foundation, with an integrative style that adapts to what each client needs. I draw from the following approaches: - Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Narrative Therapy - Psychodynamic and attachment-informed approaches - Internal Family Systems–informed work (IFS) - Solution-focused approaches - Trauma-informed and grounding-based practices - Mindfulness and present-moment awareness Rather than applying a single method, I tailor the therapeutic process to suit the person in front of me, what works for them, what feels safe, and what supports meaningful change.
