Registered Psychotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

I work with individuals and couples/ relationships experiencing various concerns, including disconnection, anxiety, depression,Grief, trauma, anger, life transitions, and gender/sexual identity concerns. My approach to psychotherapy uses evidence-based narrative therapy techniques which are trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, feminist, 2SLGBTQ-affirmative, and sex-positive.

About Me

Navigating concerns like anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges can feel isolating. I offer a welcoming space for individuals and couples to explore their experiences and challenges. My narrative-based approach helps you re-author your story, viewing it through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens. This 2SLGBTQ-affirmative and sex-positive environment ensures you feel deeply understood, finding new ways to connect with yourself and others.

Approach

Therapy with me is a collaborative exploration of the current problems you are facing in your life, how these challenges affect your relationships, and how they shape your sense of desire and identity. I offer online sessions in Ontario in English, paced to your needs and often blending focused reflection with practical experiments between meetings. Sessions tend to move from naming and understanding the current problems, and finding new or even old ways of understanding and engaging with those problems in a preferred way. People struggling in relationships, or with their current relationship with anger, depression or questions about identity, and many other concerns, find this approach helpful.

Basic Information

Services

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or a new way forward, my work is grounded in a narrative, trauma-informed, feminist, and 2SLGBTQ-affirming approach. For individuals, therapy provides room to understand the stories shaping your life, navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, or identity exploration, and reconnect with your strengths. For couples, I offer relationally focused support to help partners deepen understanding, improve communication, and navigate moments of disconnection or change—whether you're rebuilding, reconnecting, or finding a path through separation. Together, we create space for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
