About Me

For two decades, I have provided Counseling and psychotherapy from my centres in Vijayawada and Nuzvid. As a Counseling Psychologist, I am well-trained to help individuals navigate their concerns. I also use hypnotism to gently explore deeper understanding and new perspectives. My long experience offers a stable, reliable space for those seeking an established guide.

Approach

Two decades working from Vijayawada and Nuzvid taught me to blend quiet, focussed listening with gentle hypnotic techniques to help clients notice patterns beneath the surface. Sessions move at a calm, practical pace: we identify one clear target, explore thoughts and bodily cues in English or Telugu, then practise simple, doable steps during and between meetings—sometimes using short audio guidance for home. This way suits adults and families wanting steady, reliable progress without rush.
