Services

Online or in person; usually we start with an assessment session; we both take this time to decide if we can and want to work together. When we do, for individual counselling we start with a six session contract and we'll review in the middle and at the end. Individual Counselling cost £75 per 50 minute session. For relationship counselling, I offer nine to twelve sessions, whereby your homework is all based around communication. Relationship Counselling cost £90 per 50 minute session. I also offer Counselling Supervision on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. This could be in a group (max 3) or individual. Counselling Supervision cost £50 per hour.
