About Me

Feeling unhappy, anxious, or lost can be overwhelming. I offer compassionate online psychotherapy for teens (16+) and adults. My aim is to help you find clarity and a path forward. A free consult offers an easy, no-pressure way to begin.

Approach

First, we'll identify your challenges, strengths, and goals, then expand your coping skills, resources, support systems, and self care including self-compassion & boundaries.
