About Me
Approach
My approach is Person - Centered and trauma-sensitive with a multicultural lens, incorporating Attachment Theory, Adlerian, and Existential approaches in my work. I believe that relationships are at the core of healing, and my therapeutic approach emphasises the importance of relationships in shaping your experiences. For me there’s great importance on the narrative experiences of my clients, valuing their personal stories and how these narratives shape their identities and perspectives.
