About Me

I am a counselling psychologist with an integrative and relational approach to therapy. My work is influenced by existential, attachment-based, and depth-oriented perspectives, while remaining grounded in practical and evidence-informed psychotherapy. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, self-esteem struggles, and periods of transition or inner conflict. I am particularly interested in the psychological aspects of meaning, emotional growth, self-understanding, and the relationship between inner life and everyday living. My approach to therapy is reflective, compassionate, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients can explore their experiences honestly, understand recurring emotional patterns, and develop a more grounded and authentic relationship with themselves.

Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, relational, and insight-oriented. I draw from existential, attachment-based, and evidence-informed approaches to help clients better understand their emotional patterns, relationships, inner conflicts, and sense of self. I view therapy as a collaborative process that supports both practical coping and deeper self-understanding. Alongside managing emotional distress, I aim to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility, emotional awareness, and a more grounded relationship with themselves and their lives.
