Verified

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, grief, emotional or behavioural difficulties, self-esteem concerns, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and process-oriented, drawing from conversation-based therapy, mindfulness, and art/play-based methods to create a safe space for meaningful, sustainable change.

About Me

I’m a counselling psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, emotional or behavioural difficulties, burnout, and life transitions. Clients often describe working with me as collaborative, grounded, and safe: I listen carefully, move at their pace, and help them make sense of what they are carrying without judgment. I draw from an integrative, process-oriented approach, combining conversation, mindfulness, and creative methods such as art and play therapy to support each person’s unique needs. My aim is to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and able to build meaningful, sustainable change.

Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. I work with clients to understand what they are going through, explore the patterns shaping their experiences, and build practical tools for coping and change. I draw from conversation-based therapy, mindfulness, and creative methods like art and play therapy when helpful, because sometimes insight and healing emerge more naturally through experience than through words alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can feel understood, stay with difficult emotions, and gradually build meaningful, sustainable change.
