Keshira Smith

Associate Counselor

We do the deep work that leads to real peace of mind. I’ve had the honour of supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families through trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and more. If you're ready for lasting change, let’s talk—book your first session today.

About Me

When facing difficult experiences like trauma, anxiety, or substance use, you don't have to navigate them alone. I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families in making sense of their struggles. In our online sessions, we can explore these challenges together. We will find practical ways forward, building resilience. This accessible approach offers a compassionate space to process your experiences.

Approach

Doing that deep work looks like steady, practical steps: we notice patterns, try small experiments, and build skills that shift daily routines. In sessions held in Rancho Cucamonga or online in English, I keep a measured, collaborative pace—short check-ins, focused practice, and room to process so you feel contained and understood. Brief assessments and targeted coaching inform what we try next; family conversations and craving-management strategies are woven into homework to make progress visible. This way often fits people seeking steady, practical change for themselves or their relationships.
