I am a qualified counsellor here to help you navigate life's challenges. If you're experiencing stress, anxiety, or looking to achieve personal goals, I offer a supportive space. My approach uses evidence-based Counseling, informed by CBT, to provide practical tools. We can work together to understand your thought patterns and develop effective coping strategies. This helps you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Approach

We work through small, practical steps that translate insights into day-to-day change, pacing sessions to what feels manageable. Based in Hoofddorp and offering online work in English, sessions are focused and collaborative, often including short exercises to try between meetings. Using CBT principles I help you test unhelpful thoughts, practise new responses and track progress so each meeting feels purposeful and manageable. This approach tends to suit adults, couples and parents seeking clear, steady progress.
