Miss Kellyne Mwaura

Clinical Psychologist

I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. I provide evidence- based psychological support in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions to ensure accessible and flexible care.

About Me

I am passionate about helping individuals understand themselves better and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. In my work, I prioritize creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I have experience working with both adults and children facing a wide variety of psychological concerns, and I aim to tailor therapy to each individual's unique experiences and goals. My focus is on empowering clients to develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and work towards personal growth.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is client- centred and collaborative. I work with clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns that may be contributing to distress. Therapy focuses on increasing self-awareness, building healthy coping strategies, and developing practical tools for managing life's challenges. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences at their own pace while working toward positive, sustainable change.
