I specialise in helping clients address trauma including childhood trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, parental alienation, & workplace psychological injury. I offer clear effective strategies & support to couples who want to overcome relationship challenges making use of the Gottman model which is a proven & effective intervention model.

Approach

I make use of the various modalities that I am trained to apply, I do this inter-changeable as each client is an individual and as so requires both specialised and targeted support & intervention. I think it’s important and create a very relaxed, safe and comfy space for my clients to engage with.
