Mr Keith Judge, MA

Psychotherapist

“ I offer a warm, ethical, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+, neurodivergent individuals and more. If this sound like you, why not reach out today for a free consultation.”

About me

I’m Keith, a pre-accredited psychotherapist (APCP), and I work with adults online who want a supportive space to explore what’s holding them back. You don’t need to have it all figured out, all you need to do is contact me today and get started on your self-healing journey. I have worked with adults dealing with stress, life transitions and with special interests in those working in content moderation.

Approach

My work is integrative, client-led, and trauma-informed. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, and integrative approaches, tailoring therapy to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we’ll explore patterns and behaviours, build insight and establish tools, and support meaningful change at your pace.
