Creating a steady, practical space, I combine gentle curiosity with clear, goal-focused steps so children, teens and caregivers feel understood and able to act. Sessions are held in Cape Town or via secure online meetings in English, paced to attention spans and family rhythms. Assessment findings, play-based exploration and focused problem-solving shape short-term plans we review together; I often suggest simple between-session tasks and give clear feedback parents can use immediately. This approach suits families navigating school challenges or life transitions who want practical progress.
