About Me
Approach
THE HEART OF MY PRACTICE IS RELATIONSHIP
Relationships are essential to our mental health and well-being. We develop our sense of self, heal, and change in relationship with someone who is available, empathic and attuned to us.
I work to establish a foundation of trust and collaboration in our therapeutic relationship. Within the context of a compassionate, kind, and trusting relationship, we will you explore how your past and current relationships shaped your identity, self-esteem, assumptions you hold about yourself, beliefs you hold about others, and patterns of relating. The experience of our relationship provides a path to understanding wounding that occurred in previous relationships and provides a source for a new healing experience of relationship.

Services
**SEPTEMBER 2025: Accepting new clients.
Services offered in English and Hindi/Urdu.
I am a licensed psychotherapist working with couples and adults throughout California online and in-person in my office in the San Francisco Bay Area.
People who find me are bright, resourceful, and self-aware. And, they are in emotional pain. Self-help books and apps and supportive friends have helped some, but they still feel stuck, self-doubt, disconnected, or that they are somehow failing at life. If this sounds like you, you are in the right place. I can help you.
Something is holding you back from living life with your whole heart. You are here because you sense you need to dig deeper to create authentic change. You are here because you recognize working with a trained and licensed therapist is an investment in yourself and your future.
