Miss Kavishka Moodley

Counseling Psychologist

An experienced and understanding counseling psychologist that works with adults, adolescents and couples. Working towards understanding emotions and behavior.

About Me

As an experienced Counseling psychologist, I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. When emotions feel overwhelming or behaviours confusing, we can gently explore them together. My aim is to create a safe space for you to make sense of your experiences. This collaborative process helps you gain clarity. We can unpick patterns and find new ways to navigate life's personal or relational challenges.

Approach

I focus on mapping the feelings and actions that arrive in the room, and then breaking them into small, manageable steps so things stop feeling so overwhelming. Sessions in Sandton or online, in English, are paced to suit your rhythm—sometimes focused and directive, sometimes quiet and exploratory—so you leave with a clearer next move. Between meetings we track small shifts, reflect on reactions, and test new behaviours gently back in your life. This approach tends to help people facing transitions, anxiety, mood or relational strain.
