About Me

I guide individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, and eating disorders. Using specialised approaches like EMDR and Imago Therapy, I help you understand and shift long-standing patterns. We can also explore unique challenges related to Sensory Processing Disorder or Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. My aim is to create a space where you can make sense of your experiences. Together, we find practical ways to move forward, fostering calm and connection.

Approach

Using EMDR and Imago‑informed tools, sessions move at a steady, curious pace where we notice bodily responses and relational patterns together. In my Kingwood office and via secure online meetings in English, I blend sensory regulation exercises, guided memory processing and focused conversation so you leave with a small, achievable step between appointments. For individuals and couples carrying wounds from abuse, addiction or adoption, work often includes gentle exposure to hard material alongside grounding skills. This way of working suits those ready for structured, embodied change.
