About Me

My background as a psychotherapist is built on a strong European academic foundation and over 9 years of clinical practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Université Côte d'Azur (Nice, France) and am an active member of the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists (UPU). My practice is dedicated to working with adults, couples, and adolescents, with a particular focus on high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and expats living in dynamic, high-pressure environments across the globe. Having lived and trained in an international setting, I bring a culturally sensitive and pragmatic understanding to the unique challenges of relocation, personal transitions, identity searches, and complex family dynamics. I provide a strictly confidential, stable, and safe space for clients seeking meaningful personal clarity and relational harmony.

Approach

Psychoanalytic & Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy My clinical work relies on European depth psychotherapy and psychoanalytic frameworks. Instead of offering generic advice or short-term coping scripts, I help clients identify and transform the underlying structural causes of their distress. Core Principles of My Work: Root-Cause Resolution: We explore deep-seated emotional patterns, core attachment styles, and subconscious conflicts that drive anxiety, burnout, or repeated relationship issues. Profound Personal Growth: The goal is to build long-term internal stability, authentic self-understanding, and emotional autonomy rather than brief symptom management. Relational & Systemic Focus: When working with couples and families, we focus on breaking destructive communication loops, restoring healthy boundaries, and rebuilding emotional safety. Developmentally Tailored Support: For adolescents, the approach adapts to support identity formation, emotional regulation, and autonomy within a safe, non-judgmental space.
