I am a psychotherapist located in Washington, DC offering individual, group, and couples therapy. I enjoy helping people live authentically and thrive in all areas of their lives. I conduct long-term depth psychotherapy and use a relationship approach to help clients live richer and fuller lives.

I help individual adults to feel and function better, and I also help couples restore intimacy (and/or part amicably, if need be) by helping the two of you to think about things differently---and, therefore, talk about things differently. Sometimes, it's important to be able to come up with a new ending for the same, old stories. In addition, as a lifelong student, and as someone who taught first-, second-, and third-year medical students for several years, I understand the importance of flexibility, humility, and maybe even a little levity in the work.
