Verified

I see myself as a support to your career, offering a space of containment where emotions, thoughts, and disruptions can move through freely. What emerges here is met with forgiveness, compassion, and a willingness to stay and explore. In this process, something begins to restore: a quiet return of hope. The very places that once hurt us may also hold the possibility of making us whole, rather than leaving us estranged from ourselves.

About Me

My work has consistently been with people, across the social sector, education, and psychotherapy, often in spaces shaped by vulnerability, transition, or systems that don’t always hold them well. Over time, I’ve come to understand my role as a bridge, between people and the complex systems they find themselves navigating, and at times, between people and themselves. I find myself when I find you. And I learn to extend compassion to myself, in the very moments I am able to offer it to another.

Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in psychoanalysis, and I am currently training within this framework. I was previously trained in Narrative Therapy, which continues to inform how I understand people and their stories. I place greater emphasis on the therapeutic process rather than quick solutions. For me, therapy is a space for self-exploration, where patterns, emotions, and relationships can be understood more deeply over time. At the same time, when helpful, I integrate more structured and practical insights, including ways of understanding how the mind and brain respond to stress, emotion, and experience.
