If you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or struggling in your relationship or personal life, you don't have to face it alone. I help individuals and couples strengthen relationships, heal from life's challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

About Me

Relationships are at the heart of our wellbeing, and I believe that even after profound hurt, healing and restoration are possible. As a Relationship and Couples Therapist, I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where couples and individuals can safely explore the challenges affecting their relationships and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My clinical work focuses on helping couples navigate communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, recurring conflict, betrayal trauma, infidelity, blended family challenges, and premarital preparation. I also work with individuals whose anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions are impacting their relationships and emotional wellbeing. My approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. Every relationship has its own story, and I tailor therapy to each couple's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. My aim is not only to help resolve immediate crises but also to equip clients with the skills to build stronger, healthier relationships for the future.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, evidence-based, and client-centred. Rather than applying a single method to every client, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches that best support your goals and circumstances. For couples, I integrate principles from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, and family systems theory to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and resolve recurring patterns of conflict. For individuals, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, strengths-based interventions, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions. Above all, I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and empowering.
