My aim is to help you explore concerns and find practical ways forward.

When you reach out from Randburg or beyond, I set sessions to suit your rhythm and language—Afrikaans or English—and can meet via WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: we focus on one concern at a time, use simple grounding and narrative checks, and I invite small, practical steps to try between meetings. For trauma or relationship work I balance careful listening with brief tools to reduce overwhelm so progress feels manageable.
