Im have extensive experience working with all age groups, and have attachment focus underpinning my work. I have extensive perinatal and postnatal experience. I work with trauma using a range of trauma informed treatments

About Me

I help individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges. My attachment-focused approach underpins all my work, especially with trauma. I have extensive experience supporting parents through the complexities of perinatal and postnatal periods. Using a range of trauma-informed treatments, I create a safe space for healing and growth. This helps clients process difficult experiences and build resilience.

Approach

Grounded in a relational lens and years supporting parents and young children, I structure sessions around noticing interactions and small shifts that change daily life. In my Sydney clinic or via secure online sessions, we move at a measured pace, tracking what feels manageable and what activates old patterns. Sessions blend emotional attunement, reflective questioning and practical strategies, with gentle experiments between meetings to build regulation and connection. People tending toward steady, collaborative work often find this approach helpful for trauma, perinatal struggles and relationship strain.
