Ms Karen Queller

Art Therapist

I offer Expressive Arts Therapy using movement, painting, writing, drama, sound, mindfulness, and ritual to help individuals and couples find greater meaning, avenues for personal growth, and alignment with life vision. My aim is to help you feel like the fully embodied, shining, beautiful person that you already are.

About Me

I compassionately guide individuals and couples to find greater meaning and personal growth. Through Expressive Arts Therapy, we explore your unique life vision, using movement, painting, or mindfulness as avenues for discovery. My aim is to help you feel like the fully embodied, shining person you already are. This approach suits those ready to connect with their authentic self and embrace their inherent beauty.

Approach

I guide sessions to move between movement, paint, voice and quiet ritual, shifting pace to what feels alive for you and your relationships. From a sunlit Los Angeles studio to secure online meetings, I hold a tactile, contained space where curiosity and grounded practice meet. We alternate embodied experiments, improvisation, sounded reflection and short between-session invitations to deepen insight and ease anxiety, burnout, career strain and identity shifts. This way of working often suits people ready for active, gentle discovery and clearer alignment with life direction.
