About Me
Approach
I am a Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist, which incorporates Psychodynamic Principles of Early Childhood patterns of behaviour. The central emphasis is on the relationship and how we relate to each other and others in our lives. I believe that we all need confirmation and to feel valued as unique human beings and that given the right conditions we are able to fulfil our true potential in life. Thus ‘growth and healing come from our authentic experience through our mind, body and spirit' (Carl Rogers 1950).
I am a full clinical member of (UKCP) United Kingdom of Council for Psychotherapy and HCPC registered. United Kingdom of Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
