About Me

Drawing on over 30 years' experience, I offer a straightforward, direct approach to support your growth. I recently trademarked, The KG Accountable TherapyTM Method. We start with a comprehensive assessment. then work collaboratively to build practical strategies and tools, tailored to your goals. This will address self care, self talk, emotional regulation including specialized optional programs for addiction, grief and betrayal. We also explore deeper wounds that may be impacting your life to use specific information and reframes from your past to make your life better now. If you value clear, actionable guidance, you'll find a dedicated space to move forward. This focused work helps you achieve your full potential.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions are steady, goal-focused and honest, with room to unpick the underlying hurts that shape choices. I work from my Toronto office and through secure online meetings in English, keeping the pace brisk so you leave with a clear plan. We map small, concrete steps, test them between meetings and adjust based on what’s working, whether dealing with relationships, trauma or family dynamics. This approach suits people who want direct, practical help and are ready to put plans into action.
