Sessions move at your rhythm, combining practical strategies with attention to identity and changing needs across life stages. I work from New Delhi and offer English and Hindi/Urdu appointments in person and online, keeping logistics flexible so therapy fits your routine. Together we use thoughtful assessment, goal-focused planning, gentle experiments between sessions, and regular review to adjust pace when disability, adolescence or ageing shift priorities.
