Approach
My sessions focus on helping you unpack what’s weighing on you and then turning those insights into manageable, practical steps. In Coimbatore and online I work in English, Gujarati and Hindi/Urdu, keeping pace suited to adolescents and adults so conversations feel neither rushed nor stagnant. We use short coaching exercises, reflective questions and occasional assessments or advocacy planning between meetings to track change and build skills for anger, relationship strains or burnout. This way of working tends to suit people who want direct support and steady progress.
